Embark on a ferry to discover Sait Honorat, the incredible island of monks, and enjoy a private wine tasting in the heart of the vineyards.

Welcome to Saint Honorat Island, jewel of the French Riviera with lots of mysteries.

The departure of the activity will take place at the Hôtel Martinez in Cannes. After a short walk with a local guide to discover the city, hotels and Palais des Festivals along the famous Croisette, you will reach the harbour of Cannes. There you embark on a ferry to the incredible island of monks: Saint Honorat. On your way, you can enjoy the view of Cannes from the sea.

The Island Saint Honorat is the second largest of the Lérins Islands, about a mile off shore from the French Riviera town of Cannes. The island retains a monastery, which is home to 30 Cistercian monks, and is a popular tourist attraction offering pleasant woodland surroundings.

Once disembarked, you will be overwhelmed by this corner of paradise and its treasures such as the abbey, the old monastery, little chapels and many hidden creeks. You will discover the island with a local guide to then reach the vineyards of the island. Once you arrive in the vineyards you will enjoy a private tasting of the local wine together with the monks. The wine is produced by the monks on the island and was selected as one of the best wines in the world. 

Afterwards, your transfer will take you back to the Hôtel Martinez in Cannes.
