Ignacio Blasi Jr., DDS, MS, PhD, is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, where he obtained a Certificate in Orthodontics and a Master of Science in Oral Biology. He is a former Clinical Associate at the Department of Orthodontics and worked at UPenn faculty practice. Dr. Blasi received his dental degree and PhD from the International University of Catalonia in Barcelona, Spain, where he was recognized with the Colgate National Award in Dental Research. He is an active member of the Edward H. Angle Midwest Society of Orthodontists.

Currently, Dr. Blasi maintains a private practice in Virginia, USA, and Barcelona, Spain, and is also a faculty member at the University of Maryland's Department of Orthodontics.
