Registration for EAED Members (Life, Honorary and Active) and Affiliates only.

Registration Fees:

Registration fee for EAED Members, Affiliates and Guest include access to Scientific Program, Industry Workshops, the Welcome Reception on June 1^st, 2023 and Coffee Breaks. 

All fees incl. 20% VAT

* Registration for Guests / Non-members is available upon request only. 

** Accompanying persons fee includes access to the Welcome Reception; no access to scientific program

TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Deadline for online pre-registration is May 25^th, 2023. Registration and payments will be available onsite at the registration counter after this date. Onsite registration is possible throughout the entire congress during the opening hours of the registration counter.

Cancellations must be made in writing to the congress secretariat, Mondial Congress & Events. If received before Wednesday, March 15^th, 2023, all fees, except for a cancellation handling fee of € 40,- net will be refunded. No refunds will be made after this date.
For name changes a modification fee of € 20,- net will be charged. 

Networking Event tickets cannot be reimbursed in case the ticket cannot be resold by the organiser. 

Amounts due will be reimbursed after the congress.
